1. Exchange Policy

Dmega.store accepts exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers can request an exchange only if the product is:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by order details or invoice

Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is not available, our team may suggest an alternative option.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product, defective product, or a different item from what you ordered, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for replacement, return, or refund in such cases, you must submit valid proof.

Required proof includes:

  • Clear unboxing video
  • Product images
  • Packaging images
  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue

The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the product.

Without proper proof, the request may not be accepted.

3. Proof Submission Timeline

For damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing item claims, proof must be submitted within 3 days after delivery.

Requests raised after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product received is different from what was ordered

For normal size issues or product preference, only exchange may be offered within 7 days, subject to eligibility and availability.

5. No Return, Exchange, or Replacement Will Be Accepted If

  • The product is used, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or without original tags.
  • The product is returned without original packaging.
  • The exchange request is raised after 7 days from delivery.
  • The damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing item complaint is raised after 3 days from delivery.
  • The customer fails to provide a clear unboxing video or required proof.
  • The issue is caused due to customer misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • The product was purchased under clearance sale, final sale, or non-returnable category, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

6. Replacement Policy

Once your complaint and proof are verified by our team, we may approve a replacement.

Replacement will be provided only for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, wrong item, or approved exchange request.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Dmega.store primarily offers exchange or replacement.

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not available
  • The order is cancelled by Dmega.store
  • A damaged, defective, or wrong product claim is approved and replacement is not possible
  • Refund is required under applicable law

Once the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or any other approved refund method.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or card issuer.

8. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other method decided by Dmega.store.

Customers may be required to share correct bank or UPI details for refund processing.

Dmega.store will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect refund details shared by the customer.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or any other additional charges may not be refundable unless the return or refund is approved due to damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Dmega.store reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, incorrect product information, payment issue, suspicious order activity, or delivery limitations.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Dmega.store, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or approved refund method.
